175KM/h.. so what?

doing this entry in my hotel room again, in Brunei, Gadong area.  Just finished my 1 1/2 hour jourey from Miri, averaging at 140KM/h on the highway.  i was doing 175KM/h (tops, of what my Wira 1.5 can produce) and was overtaken by a Merc 300SL in a flash. could not even recognize its car plate properly. all i can remember was, there was a blue dot in my rear view mirror, the next thing, its next to me, and then, i can only say.. "i tot i tow a putty tat…."   But hey, i can get near to 10 Wiras for the price paid for that 1 Merc.  so at 1750KM/h (10×175KM/h) i'll beat it hands down.. hahahha.  other than the Merc, nothing of interest on the raod this trip.  just a bunch of mazdas and hyundais.  oh, and My mate who went with me (and the Wira is his) was a bit shaky… hahah.  never a big fan of speed.  fastest he has every clocked is 140KM/h, on the same Wira.  so i've best his records today, with his own car. hehe

anyway, ….. never mind. ;P

Its 4.30pm

How time just zips by without saying good bye.  I am supposed to be meeting a client here in Miri, but ended up doing and rushing work for other clients.  what an expensive day at work today (if u factor in the cost of the air ticket, hotels, travels, the lot)

but hey, look at the brite side, i've completed most of the accumulated work, and at least i can sleep well tonite.  just keep my fingers cross that i will not get another room with stinking cigarate smoke smell.. erm.. hmm.. i know.. its a "smoked hotel room".. like "smoked salmons" and stuffs.. Somehow, smoke salmons are much nicer than that place.

anyway, the Spring's site is finally up, check it out! thanks to Chris, Eric, Foong, Khoon, Miji & Sola for the completion of it.

time flies, again

wow.. and i tought i was complaining about my mis-fortune yesterday that i lost my wallet.. its has been 2 weeks.. (well, not exactly 2 weeks yet, but come monday it will be, i'm sure of it. haha)

my most-caring-most-loving-truely-fantastica-absolutely-vondabar wife bought me another wallet.. exactly the same as the original, only that this is better, cos she gave it to me. and its in sleek black. Cool!  so, like i said, look at the brite side, the old one has to go before new ones can come. rite? =)

am now in miri, again.. rushing my work, again.. getting all stressed up cos my clients are hot on my heels, again…  but hey, lookie at the brite side, at least i have business, and they are paying good money.. so lets just prostitute myself for that for now.. hahah.

o-well, lets get back to work, and get cracking.. lets see

Loss, great loss

Its a cheerful monday morning that i woke up to, in my hotel bed, Miri..

after a brisk walk to a near by kopitiam, i noticed that my wallet was not with me, as i am me, i thought that i left it in the hotel room, and wan't really bothered about it.  then it dawn on me that i've somehow loss my wallet during the period of 9pm last nite till this morning, after flipping my hotel room upside down.

 shit, my cash, CCs, IC, driver's license all gone.. but i am still okie with it, those can be replaced easilly.  the one that got me upset was the fact that my wallet.. its new, and more importantly, its a gift from my wife.  how can i loss it just like that? 

traced back the route on which i traversed last nite and today, i comfirm that the wallet is a gonner.  how sad.

but then, look at the brite side, all my cards are broken n battered.. so, its a good time to have them all replaced.. just my wallet.. aiyo.. sim tia la..

the 18 hours marathon

4 of my 18 hours are completed.  now waiting for the next 4, then the next 4, then the next 4, and finally the concluding 2…. but then, the look at the brite side, i've got half the wedding room furniture pocketed.. that is cool..

hey, just met my old students from the clases here in brunei since 2 years ago.. haha..

well, nuff said, my money is waiting for me..

time flies

3 days had passed since my last "blogentry".  that's cool.  the darker side of these few days are, that its darn packed with work and stress and all those other-things-that-you-would-want-to-make-your-worse-enemy-suffer incidents.  but then, look at the bright side, i'm still alive, solve 3 days worth of work and stress, and many more to come.  =)

 just finished my 3hrs trip from miri to Brunei.. in a van.. wow.. what a ride that was.. it took a smallish ford festiva 1.5 hrs with an average speed of 140km/h+ (tops at 170km/h)  but the van did it in 3.. at an average speed of 80km/h.. but then, hey the brite side being that i am here already, and everything is fine with me.. hahha.

clients called tru my phone today.. its funny that they do not call you when you are around in town.. but they'll call in the wierdest of times.  used up a day's worth of cell phone batt in half a days time.. my goodness… but then, look at the  bright side.. at least they called me when i was still in Miri.. otherwise it would all be Roaming calls… hahha

nuff making myself happy.. cheers.. now where is my "stress mask"?

Simply put

i wonder how long can i keep this blog.  it's not like i have plenty of spare time on hand like some of the famous bloggers all over, heck, i dun even want to consider myself a blogger.  just because i wrote something on a blog engine does not warrant me a title.  well, we'll see. =)
